What I’ve learned from talking to many small businesses is that they don’t even have an hour a day for social media. That makes sense, right? They can’t spend 8-10% of their time doing social media… they’re running a business, and that’s more than full-time already. Medium sized companies have more resources, but still may have only one marketing person who can’t do social media full time.

I looked around online, and there is no really time-efficient social media marketing plan that will help small businesses at least begin to take advantage of social media. So I created one.
